General Terms of Rental

1. Purpose

Royal Auffreville provides high-end furnished rooms for rental. These general terms govern the contractual relationships between the owner (Ludovic VUE) and the client for any booking and rental.

2. Rates and Payment

Rate: €750 or €900 per night depending on day (all taxes included)

Additional fees: None

The displayed rates include all fees. They are subject to change at any time without notice, but only the rate in effect at the time of booking applies.

3. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed in writing. A deposit or full payment may be required according to the current policy. The booking is only final upon receipt of payment.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy:

  • Up to 10 days after booking: Free cancellation - full refund
  • After 10 days: 100% of the amount retained (total loss)

In case of justified force majeure, an adjustment may be considered (mandatory contact).

5. Security Deposit

Amount: €1,000 (to be paid via the Swikly application)

Return conditions:

  • The security deposit will be returned within 15 days of your departure
  • Material damage, stains or damages will be deducted from the deposit
  • An inventory will be made upon your arrival and departure

6. Accommodation

Maximum number of guests: 12 people

Hours:

  • Check-in: From 4:00 PM
  • Check-out: Before 11:00 AM

No access to the property is permitted before 4:00 PM. An arrangement may be requested.

7. House Rules

Respect for the premises:

  • Absolutely no smoking indoors (outdoor areas permitted)
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Parties and events are strictly prohibited
  • Quiet hours must be respected after 10:00 PM
  • Users must respect the provided goods and facilities
  • No property may be removed from the accommodation

Responsibilities: You are responsible for all damage caused during your stay, beyond normal wear and tear.

8. Liability

Royal Auffreville is not responsible for personal belongings left in the accommodation. A safe is provided for valuables. Forgotten items will be kept for 3 months before disposal.

The owner reserves the right to refuse access to anyone not complying with the conditions of this rental.

9. Modifications and Termination

The owner reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of exceptional circumstances (emergency, serious security issue, force majeure). In such case, a full refund will be made within 30 days.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These general terms are subject to French law. Any dispute shall be under the jurisdiction of French courts.
